使用 Aselo 需要創建一個機構帳戶（「租戶」）。您在註冊時提供的所有資料必須準確且完整。
免費版本永久可用，包含核心功能（快速回覆、餐廳預訂、線上會議助手等），無需信用卡。
付費版本解鎖 AI 聊天機器人、文件上傳及高級功能。費用按月計算。您可以隨時取消訂閱；取消後，付費功能將在當月結束時停用。
我們保留隨時修改定價的權利，並會提前 30 天通知現有訂閱用戶。
您同意不得將 Aselo 用於以下目的：
違反上述規定可能導致帳戶立即終止，且不提供任何退款。
我們保留對任何導致系統過度負荷、影響其他用戶使用體驗，或被判定為濫用資源的帳戶採取限速、暫停或終止措施的權利，恕不另行通知。
您上傳至 Aselo 的所有內容（文件、知識庫、快速回覆等）歸您所有。您授予我們在提供服務所需範圍內處理和儲存您內容的有限許可。
我們不會將您的業務數據用於訓練 AI 模型或出售給第三方。
Aselo 的 AI 功能由第三方大型語言模型驅動。AI 生成的回覆僅供參考，可能並非始終準確。您應對 AI 輸出的任何業務決策負最終責任。
我們不保證 AI 回覆的準確性、完整性或適用性。
我們致力於維持高可用性，但不保證服務不中斷。我們可能因維護、升級或超出我們控制範圍的事件（包括 Cloudflare 或 AI 服務商的中斷）而暫時停止服務。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，Aselo 對因使用或無法使用本服務而導致的任何間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損失概不負責。

您可以隨時關閉帳戶，方法是聯絡我們的支援團隊（[email protected]）。帳戶關閉後，您的數據將在 30 天內從我們的系統中刪除，R2 儲存中的文件可能需要額外時間清理。
我們保留在違反本條款的情況下終止帳戶的權利。

Welcome to Aselo. Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. By accessing or using the Aselo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Aselo is an AI-powered assistant platform for small and medium-sized businesses, providing admin automation, customer communications, document management, and internal Q&A. The service is operated by Aselo ("we", "us", "our") and is accessible at aselo.io and app.aselo.io.
Using Aselo requires creating an organisation account ("Tenant"). All information you provide at registration must be accurate and complete.
The free plan is available forever and includes core features (Quick Answers, Restaurant Booking, Online Meeting Assistant, and more). No credit card is required.
The paid plan unlocks the AI chatbot, document uploads, and advanced features. Billing is monthly. You may cancel at any time; paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing month.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to use Aselo to:
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate any account that causes excessive load on our systems, degrades the experience for other users, or is otherwise determined to be abusing our resources — without prior notice.
All content you upload to Aselo (documents, knowledge base entries, Quick Answers, etc.) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the service.
We do not use your business data to train AI models or sell it to third parties.
Aselo's AI features are powered by third-party large language models. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You bear final responsibility for any business decisions made based on AI output.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control (including outages at Cloudflare or AI providers).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aselo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email (to your account address) at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
